
Does a vegetarian diet always help to lower cholesterol and blood pressure?
References to scientific studies would be helpful. Sorry but I'll let all that work in the vote.
Plant foods contain no cholesterol, so that every time vegan eliminates cholesterol intake your body. If you are a vegetarian, it just depends on the amount of milk and eggs you eat. If you do not eat much, however, being a vegetarian help. Your body has something of its own cholesterol, but the relationship between cholesterol intake and cholesterol levels is quite indisputable.
